Trying to write a fair review even though I paid $7500 and literally have nothing to show for it. I realized about 3 weeks in that they were not able to deliver what they promised so had to cut my losses as the meetings were just wasting time (a lot of talk, not a lot of action).

Cam is a very skilled salesperson (impressive sales history) and can keep you excited for long enough to get those charges in. He teaches perception hacking (has a group on FB) so it is all about what you perceive is happening vs reality.

He's really into contracts and is pretty forceful to make sure you keep paying even if you are not getting value even though he does give the pitch that he doesn't care about the money and would never let that get in the way if someone wasn't blown away by the value they are receiving. He obviously didn't follow through with that promise since you are reading this review.

Pros:
- Cam is a very skilled salesperson
- the company has lots of software tools
- they are fairly organized

Cons:
- Delivery - Sold the dream! but they couldn't deliver. I hired Cam and his team really just to build a call center software that integrated with ghl. What I realized is they are really more of just a software provider with some low-level va's if you need a bunch of low-level work done. Cam has some higher level skills but obviously can't do it all on his own.

- Quality - Cam basically has a team of VAs overseas that does all the work that are not very skilled, especially graphic design and copy. They tried to do some social posts and they not only looked rough but also had phrases they didn't even make sense in English. They tried to do a newsletter and just rebuilt my home page in html to be the email including the menu, very odd.

- Project Management - I was told I would have a dedicated project manager but never spoke with anyone besides Cam. I assume because they don't speak English well. Out of 8 or so projects, not a single one met the delivery date and they even set the dates. We didn't end up using any anyway because the quality was just too poor.

- Software - Cam will tell you that I got my value in all the software I utilized. I honestly couldn't find any software we could utilize in my company as we have a lot already established but some may be of use to others especially if just starting out. The software I was most excited about was one to grab all the KPI's I need automatically on a weekly basis, most of those metrics coming directly from ghl. He provided a software that grabbed metrics from Facebook but not ghl, so it missed the main point. There are TONS of software that will pull metrics from Facebook, that part is easy...it's the integration with ghl that is the tough part. So unfortunately I wasn't able to utilize that software either so it was a bust on the software side for me too. : (

I tried to quit month one after I realized what was going on but of course Cam kept pointing to the contract.

Note: I did try a chargeback being fair to let him keep month 1 but not let him have month 2 and 3 since I didn't want to continue because nothing was being delivered that was useful but he does write his contracts in a way that focuses on just the software usages vs the services. So he can show all this access to software even though I couldn't use it but I still had access. I guess that was well played on his part and I am the dummy that fell for it.

I know this was long but really wanted to put it out there and be fair and real about what happened in my experience. If it can help save a small company from losing $7500 with nothing to show for it then I feel like it was worth my time to experience share.

Happy to answer any questions if you are considering utilizing these services. I am also very curious if this has happened to anyone else yet as I know it is a newer company.
