Today when inquiring if this office was accepting new clients I was told by the person answering the phone that they were not.
When I asked if he could recommended someone he told me that if he could he would have already.
If this was my business this person would not be forwarded facing with clients.

Extremely unresponsive. Multiple emails that were never returned. Had to call the office multiple times a week to get anything done but despite this I was met with minimal response. Frequent errors on my returns.

Been using for 10+ years without a single issue. Company was sold about 3 years ago and nothing but problems since. New guy, Steve Colón, screwed up returns two years in a row, costing me money then refused to return my calls.

El servicio que me dieron en la primera cita no me gusto porque me sentí
Manipulada y presionada para abrir el caso y comenzar a pagarle. Fueron desconsiderados sabiendo que como inmigrantes con un Mínimo de salario no podemos pagar la cantidad tan absurda que nos cobraron comenzando desde $4.000 dólares sin ni siquiera tener seguro el caso. En total nos cobraban $16,000 dólares sin nada asegurado.
La manera de manejar la mente del cliente es absurda solo para abrí el caso. La única solución más fácil fue el método de pago !! Por Zelle o tarjeta de crédito. Además quise pensarlo y me hizo el comentario de “ acaso los de la casa le van a pagar “. Grosera!!
