We reached out to list our home was greater with agent Margaret. Boy can she over promise and promise the world . We felt at the time she was worth the high commission and sell our home quickly.
Once she got our home listed everything went down hill and for her to respond back to us taken days . We reached out to Ben Bates and after the meeting we felt all was healthy again . WRONG AGAIN. We had individuals that stopped by to see our home as they never could get anyone to call them back and another person son stated they was on hold for so long they hung up . We reached out to Margaret again and after 3 days later she was not interested in the truth and told us we was lying . REALLY ?
SHE INFORMED US SHE WILL CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND ALL IS DONE . We informed her to get her signs and remove the lock box and still waiting for her to get them and again NO CALL BACKS FROM MARGARET OR BEN . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFICE AS IT ISNT A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ! ITS A HOBBY TO THEM

As a buyer I submitted a full price cash offer and they didn't get back to me days later when the offer expired, certainly I would expect more professionalism, but if I were a seller, I might sue.
