Noel Cohen is a professional. As a seller of a property built in 1901 Noel was hands on and timely in addressing unforeseen issues (there were many). He is the go to person in difficult situations and he came through with the winning goal every time. He didn’t hesitate once to find solutions to the smallest problem.

He is polite, courteous, reliable and honest. I only have positive feedback about him. We had a consulting company research for us the best Brokers to sell our property. They chose Noel Cohen based on research metrics. Wow! I don’t know how they chose him but it was a perfect choice.

Noel Cohen provides excellent customer service and superb real estate advice. As a public adjuster, I often have displaced disaster-victim clients who need to rent a home similar to their own home. Needless to say, that is a very difficult task of which Noel handles smoothly. On our first project together, he was able to find multiple properties for a scrupulous tenant to choose from. I can't say enough about Mr. Cohen's professional behavior, and his willingness to assist his customers/clients. He helped me rent my property after a grueling and long process. He vetted a potential tenant for me and was happy that the selection.
