I do not recommend this company and would have left zero stars, but that's not an option. For context, I am a business owner that has never left a bad review for any company, anywhere, ever. I worked with Co-DA in Late 2021/January 2022 through my builder Grande Custom.

While i had many complaints (left a messy job site, many things don't talk to one another, door locks don't jive with alarm, 2 tvs hung in the wrong spot, and so on), i chalked most up to a complicated system. However, if things do go wrong, you should not expect much help.

Chris Wasa insisted that I purchase my TVs from CoDA because it would be better in the event something went wrong. After around 8 months, one of my TVs malfunctioned, so i reached out. It took a long time to get any response. When i did, they told me to call the manufacturer which i found odd. When i did, i found out that their team had actually purchased my TV in July of 2021 so, when installed, my warranty was already 6 months old. We went back and forth for months- i reached out maybe 15-20 times. They mentioned working with their rep to get help, etc. In the end, they did nothing to help and simply ignored my correspondence. Highly unprofessional.

The reason i am posting this (Feb 2024) is they gave me the run around for over a year, passed blame on everyone but themselves, avoided all calls, texts, and emails, and absolutely will not help. I believe they blocked my email too.

There were many other problems as well, but I ultimately had to switch to a new audio video company and pay a bunch of extra money in an effort to find a company that i trust long term including buying a new TV. Also, they simply won't respond to me now, so I can't get help even if i wanted help.

The TV was $1,600. i spent $65,000 on my system. this was a drop in the bucket, and any company and owner worth their salt would have honored the warranty since they are the ones that bought the TV and let it sit for 6 months, which is likely why they insisted i buy through them.

There are other, better companies in town that i won't mention on here, but i do not recommend Co-Da.

What a fabulous company to work with! Meagan couldn’t be more helpful in scheduling service and the flexibility in working with my schedule is outstanding. The installers are so professional, knowledgeable, and patient!! We recently moved and have new technology. I feel as if AVC really looked out for our needs and made suggestions for products to fit our new home design. We have had such positive contact with everyone we’ve worked with, and we look forward to this positive relationship to continue in the future. Thanks for such great service and great products!

Spectacular bait and switch experience. Spent over $20,000 for upgrades in electronics. Took twice as long as expected, which is understandable given everything going on in the world. Team switched in and out, nobody really had a complete sense of what was going on with the job - one team one day, another team another day, very much a typical electronics service provider (unfortunately). In the end, much of the system did not work, some of it still does not work. I called and emailed repeatedly. After things not working a couple of months post-installation, they had the audacity to say "the system has a 30-day warranty". 30 DAYS!!!!!! I had to pay to have a technician come out to fix the RING doorbell (after having them come back to install it, to put in a TV that I had paid for and was never installed, and to get other stuff to work). It still does not work.

They have a great sales process and, like many other AV firms, terrible follow through. I was really disappointed as I had hoped they would deliver - they don't.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience,they are a top notch company. Megan who answers the phones and schedules the appointments is so nice and polite to deal with. The installers Woody and Spencer are very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had and went over everything so we understood how to use our system. We had an outdoor sound system installed ,the speakers set in the ground in our mulch kind of hidden as well as the amp,all this is made by Sonas. We have never heard of this company before but WOW! we were blown away. We couldn't be more happier with the system and the people at Audio Video Concepts & Design. Thanks again for a job well done!

I recently worked with Chris Wissa and his team at CO-DA on a home theater design and build - - it truly was a first class experience all around and the room turned out amazing. Everyone on the CO-DA team was extremely professional, friendly and committed to making the project a success. I can't say enough about Chris..........his vision, recommendations and communication throughout were critical and I greatly appreciate his commitment to making this home theater dream come true. Audio Video Concepts & Design does a great job at our office and also at the homes of many of the people in our building. The technicians are so nice and always helpful. Their customer service is fantastic. They are easy to reach and quick to respond. Highly recommend this company.

Audio Video Concepts is an excellent company. I can’t think of one thing they could have done better. They brought in some of the new technologies to appeal to potential buyers for my home, offered great ideas and re-wired my surround sound so it’s up and working again. Darran was our tech and he overlooked the dogs, the dust and the “stuff” everywhere. He did an excellent job and their price was more than fair. Will certainly be using them in the future.
