Having found myself in a financial dilemma where I could have lost my home, I was inundated with dozens of “offers to sell my home”. While this would have solved my immediate situation, it would have created even more problems.

Sean (“to the rescue”) on the other hand, reached out with a Sincere Offer to help me Keep my Home and my family in tact, expecting nothing in return.
Sean gave me the time and answered my many questions. Soon my skepticism dissolved and I humbly accepted his offer of assistance. He quickly enlisted the help of his assistant, Jessica, who was just as honest and genuine as he was. Jessica literally held my hand through the whole process to a satisfactory completion. Her knowledge of the programs available, her attention to detail and her promptness are unmatched.

I never felt judged by either Sean or Jessica, in fact, all I did feel was their overwhelming compassion to help a fellow man in need.

An absolutely smooth process!

Sean was like our knight in shining armor! He's been working in the business for several years so he's very proficient at his job. Our house needed some updating before we put it on the market and Sean helped us make a prioritized list of things that needed to be done and lined up the contractor to do the work. He listened to what our goals were in selling the house and listed it competitively for the market. Once we had an offer on the table and accepted it, Sean literally took care of the rest. He asked us if we wanted to be part of the process or just let him handle everything. We decided to trust his expertise and we're so glad we did!! The buyers wanted a few extras and Sean negotiated with them and worked things out in our favor. His level of professionalism is top notch and he has a perfect balance of warmth and competence. I cannot wait to post this comment. Sean Ryan and his assistant Jessica are absolutely fabulous. They are like angels coming to the world, helping people get out of trouble in their most difficult and darkness time. He is very compassionate, caring and intelligent. You won’t find any better, more professional, more knowledgeable broker than Sean.
Since Covid, I have experienced financial difficulty for my business. I could not pay the loan of my beautiful property in La Quinta PGA west. Just a month ago, the bank decided to sell my property in Auction. How helpless, desperate and scared I was when I got the formal notification about the Trustee’s sale! Especially, I am a foreigner and I does not speak English well. I got a lot of mails from like realtors, attorneys, loan makers and others. I did not know who I could trust and ask for help from. Actually, I believe most of them just want to make money from someone when he or she is under very weak situation.
Finally, I though it’s never lose to try, I picked a mail from a broker Sean Ryan because he said he had experienced such bad situation, and he has helped a lot of people got out of their nightmare. Just one week before the auction day, I called Sean explaining my situation. Not like other brokers or realtors who approached me just want to sell or buy my property in cheap price, Sean assured me that he would help me to keep my property. After one hour, Sean emailed me two options and the documents I need to sign to allow him to represent me.
Honestly, I still could not believe that Sean would really be able to help us get of this trouble and offer his service absolutely for free even though after I signed all the paper and documents.
My case is very complicated because I am a foreigner, and my property has two owners. I am the only person on the loan and another citizen owner did not take the loan. And we both don’t speak English well. ( even this comment, I have my friend help me translate)
Sean and his assistant Jessica are really really patient, help me put all the documents together just in two days. They helped us try every thing they could. I was so stressful and scared, so I texted or called Sean or Jessica frequently, honestly I was worried that they would stress out and start annoy me because I kept texting and calling. However, every time after I texted them, they responded me immediately, and talked to me. They are so professional, and they are full of compassion. Sean is always very confident that he could help me out, and I fell relaxed each time after Sean talked to me.
Just this morning, one day before the auction day, the bank postponed the auction day and gave us more time to pay the loan!!!
There is no word for me to express gratitude to Sean and his assistant Jessica. I will keep posting. I just want to share my experience asap, hope other people can find Sean Ryan and get help! I highly highly recommend Sean Ryan!!!

Sean Ryan came into my life at the most fortuitous moment. That being after the back-to-back death of my late father and brother, I was faced with the prospect of caring for my beautiful 90 year old mom in one of two family residences. And happily (facing what seemed like insurmountable challenges I still don’t know how I was smart enough to realize a good thing, and more importantly, the real deal when I saw it.
