Do not have your items monogrammed here!! My friend recently had her hang tag monogrammed and it came out BEAUTIFUL!! I went back for literally the same stamps, but with my initials. Absolutely AWFUL! I am so upset. I offered to purchase a new one to settle it myself and the MANAGER said I would need to purchase something in the store in order to purchase a new one. How does that work? You make a mistake, I tried to resolve it myself by purchasing a new one and now you want me to buy something else to buy a new hangtag? You’re really willing to lose a customer over a HANGTAG? I can afford to purchase something else and already have my eyes on another bag I would like, but it’s honestly the principle for me. I will no longer shop with Coach. You just lost me as a customer.

Haven’t had any great experiences at this location. They never have the full collection and limited accessories. I’ve asked to be emailed for any new releases or store events to come in and shop. They said they don’t do that. On my last visit the monogram machine was broken. I rather drive two hours for the Coach in Orlando than waste my time shopping here. They don’t represent the enthusiasm and passion for client services as the rest of the Coach franchise.

We were assisted by Efi, and she was the best help ever. I purchased a bag for my wife and my wife purchased a bag for me.

Efi, made us custom tag to put on our bags and then did the best job on boxing the bags. My wife was smiling soooooooooooo hard that it was totally worth it. I’m super impressed and we’ll probably go back next week and get something else off of our wish list.

Love this Coach. Manager & SAs are knowledgeable and so nice & helpful. If a handbag isn’t in store, they’ll look for you & try to find exactly what you are looking for. Customization, WOW! Such fun! Love that Coach has ways to help you make a bag uniquely yours! Definitely customer for life!

Customer service was superior! Ezra help me make my selection but the entire staff was excellent. I love the Coach brand and this particular location has gained a customer for life! I just love the time they took to gift wrap my item.

The staff was unbelievably rude. We were just browsing, but when we mentioned we weren’t looking to spend a certain amount on a bag. It felt like they were questioning if we could even afford Coach, so unprofessional!

Wonderful shopping experience! SHERRI had the most product knowledge over product that I was looking for.
She is a real asset as a Coach employee. Cristan even upsold me with additional suggestions. All of the employees were listening to what I was looking for and gave their suggestions. Bur Sherri was excellent. I would recommend this store in a heartbeat because of the awesome customer service I received.

I'd also like to say to Coach Corporate, thank you for hiring good people that are not only very knowledgeable & well trained. This store far exceed my expectations.
