Has to be one of the worst managements i have ever dealt with. They have no space for guest to park and when you park on the street (the only available place i am NOT parking out the neighborhood and walking. You out your mind if you think imma do that.) they just tow your car. No warning. Playboi Carti just dropped an album after YEARS of waiting. I don’t have time for this money sucking scheme.

When I thought that there was no other property management company WORSE than the previous one, CMC Management has proven me wrong. For a month, my concerns have gone ignored. I spoke with BRIAN, sent texts, emails, left voicemail and no response. The office staff covers for him by saying, "Oh he just stepped out". Or "Hold on" the call mysteriously drops. These people are disrespectful and their approach and their communication is in poor taste.

I Was FINALLY ABLE barely speak with Brian who was ONLY concerned about the NASTY REVIEW!!!
He lied and said he never met me, had no information or messages etc.
Brian handed me parking stickers and his business cards. To prove how disrespectful he was .....he barely allowed me to speak, he then HUNG UP as I tried to again report the issue at my home...

Way to go CMC MANAGEMENT... these people seriously need training in communication then maybe your reviews will improve since that is all you are concerned about!!!!!

WOW !! I’ve worked with a lot of property managers over 30 years in Florida, but Scott Kaufman from CMC Management is by far the best , just incredible ! Grateful to have him & his team at CMC management working with us.👍👍

I’m sorry, but I’m all about giving reviews. How do you tow a car without first at least leaving a notice? And other cars they get violation notice after notice? My car obviously had a decal but now they want to say it wasn’t visible because since it was raining a lot the trucks bed cover was on the way? Lol seriously RIDICULOUS! Like I’ve said it before worse management! They are all about your money 🤑🤑. Sounds to me this is personal, because like I said before no notice that they were going to tow my car! & last time they towed my car because the decal THEY GAVED ME wasn’t even hole punched.

CMC management took over managing the our properties. Carlos was in charge of our particular property. This has to be the worst management company I’ve ever encountered. Carlos was condescending And refused to communicate in an appropriate efficient way. They never return phone calls or emails. In the the process of selling my property, this company held up my closing . After weeks of telling us the paperwork was ready and they were going to send it that day, Our title company never received it . They just kept lying to us . The title company, my husband, my real estate professional sent many emails , made many calls CMC never responded to any of it, If you were lucky and got hold of someone, their response was to say OK OK and then never do anything . think twice before doing business with this company

This company makes many promises and does very little in terms of responding to my HOA needs. It says 24 hour response. It’s been a week since I sent an email regarding inaccurate financial documents provided. I wonder if they really have a financial officer.Don’t waste your time with this company.

John Staniland of CMC Management efficiently cares for, manages & improves our waterfront commercial development for more than the 11 years that I've had the pleasure of working with them. Anything from hurricane preparation, replacing roof, shutters, railings, parking & safety matters to posting & enforcing trespassing laws. We have always been able to reach them for anything. Our landscape, grounds, walkways, railings, signage, lighting & elevator look better than ever with CMC management systematically improving & maintaining our real estate investments. They are highly regarded and appreciated within our community. I would hire them to manage any of my own properties.
