DO NOT BELIEVE these negative reviews!! If I would have my daughter would still be waitlisted

After reading “Annie’s” review I was hesitant as I am a military parent who was referred to this agency by Tricare. My anxiety went through the roof as I have been waiting to get my child tested for Autism for what seemed like forever. So I called Tricare worried I would need a new referral and they had no idea what I was talking about-when I read the review to one of their supervisors she assured me that they do not operate like that and that the review sounds fake-I felt like a complete FOOL!! Fast forward, my daughter's doctor and teacher raved about Dr. Caldwell's evaluation. When I reached out to Dr. Caldwell about getting my daughter authorized for ABA-she explained the process for Tricare as it is very very different from other insurances and she helped secure the authorization with HER REPORT, I repeat with HER REPORT-my child is now receiving ABA services!! Dr. Caldwell also provided me with SSI information. I am writing not only to share my experience but to WARN against FALSE negative reviews! I cannot express how embarrassed I was referencing some Google review to Tricare. It was so hard finding services for my daughter and it infuriates me that another so-called military parent would deter other military parents from receiving help when they know firsthand how hard it is to do so. Some people are so miserable! Thank you Dr. Caldwell and staff, for your patience, professionalism, and knowledge!!

TRICARE PARENTS!!! Do NOT take your kids here for an autism eval. They shouldn’t be referring patients here anymore after the absolute nightmare that this office has been to work with but JUST in case. You will wait months and months and MONTHS for results and have to play phone tag just to get said results which is not typical whatsoever. Tricare themselves called us about our child to let us know this office is 1. Not registered or licensed to diagnose autism and 2. Is running an illegal ABA program with no BCBA’s helping the RBT’s. The owner is extremely unprofessional under these reviews but again, TRICARE is who called to let us know all of this info, and that tricare themselves has reported this office & will no longer be referring patients here as we are NOT the only ones this is happening too. This office needs to be shut down. My child’s diagnoses paperwork isn’t even valid & will STILL have to be signed off by a licensed professional after waiting months and months.

This is my honest opinion about this office .

At first i was not impressed with this office. As any parent will imagine it can be frustrating when you’re advocating for your child or a loved one and feel like you’re getting nowhere. I will be the first to admit I was that disgruntled parent. However after Ms. Caldwell and the receptionist Ms. Jessica doing all that they could And reaching out to make sure my little one was receiving all she need I can honestly say at this time that the is office does care . If you are having a bad experience don’t ever hesitate to Reach out to the office and express your concerns. Ms. Jessica always made sure to accommodate my needs when needing an appointment. As for Ms. Caldwell ,Since I was feeling uneasy after an appointment she took it upon herself During her after hours to reassure me so that I felt better as a parent and that my child Would receive All that she needed. My best advice is have patience with this office. They do care ,they do listen , And they will do all that they can for yourself, Loved one, Or child.

They were persistent about my pre-payment. Facetimed a therapist who promised me she would take care of it by filling the urgent prescription. She sent it to the wrong pharmacy. It was a weekend and I reached out... no response. Spiraling on the way to the ER, the owner calls me and tells me I am " Doing too much" "You are calling too much" and that I will no longer be served as a patient at their clinic. Whoa, WHAT?!!! I'm in the middle of a mental health crisis and you're telling me you can't help me... a mental health clinic
Because you didn't make it look like you took my money, sent it to the wrong place, and gaslighted me (WHILE I was SUFFERING).
It ALL happened because of a mistake the therapist made... the correct pharmacy was said several times (WALMART) it was also in all my paperwork! YET it was sent to WALGREENS.
This was over a year ago and I am still livid about how this was handled.

THEY MADE ME FEEL *W O R S E* THAN I ALREADY FELT ABOUT MYSELF.
That is absolutely not okay.

I have been trying to get a testing appointment for my child for some time now. I finally gave up on waiting for a call back or an answer to an email. I went to the office 3/4. I was told they needed to check my insurance and to give them until Friday to contact me. I didn’t hear anything back so I went there today to follow up. I sat with the receptionist for at 15 minutes before she asks did I call my insurance company. At that point I was so frustrated with this process that I told her that I would try some place else. I really feel bad for people who have mental health issues and really need to be seen. I hope this establishment isn’t a reflection on the mental health system as a whole. It is sad that people are being referred to an office for services and they don’t care enough to follow up. I am very disappointed with my interactions with this establishment.

You'll never get your results. This place should be investigated for insurance fraud. Come November, it will be 1 year since my children's testing. I've been to the clinic in person, by email, and by phone. Still no results. If your children need help, don't rely on this place!!

Completely unprofessional. I brought both my daughters for evaluations. My youngest got her diagnosis back (Shes autistic) and it had my other daughters notes on it. When I called to have it fix the Dr was frustrated with me. Didn’t offer an apology and then said we needed retesting and couldn’t be retested until maybe February. A joke honestly.

This place is literally a joke. The most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with, they should be shut down. Now I see why they have 2 stars. I mean the owner literally shows how much maturity she’s lacking by arguing with multiple people who leave reviews, that definitely gives your business a great look. I have my conversation with the owner recorded when she called be and was literally so unprofessional and rude. My baby cam in my room caught the whole conversation. I’ve shared it with a few friends and family and they were mind blown by how unprofessional and rude this lady was. Now I know she’s gonna comment back to me and say I was rude to her when I honestly could care less. I should have been more rude to her than I was.
