Doug is a warm, friendly person who is highly empathetic, comfortable to be with and has a great sense of humor. He does not try to fix people but will share his insights directly when talking things through. His demeanor is nurturing and calm and he knows how to create space and time for his clients to relax and feel at ease. With his help as coach and expert communication skills, several times I have been fortunate to experience one of those “AHA moments” which often reveal both the crux and solution to a long-term problem. Without his creativity and spontaneity in discussion, I know I would likely remain stuck in my same thought patterns. From my perspective, I highly recommend Doug as a coach and collaborator, and hope you have a chance to work with him too.

After working with Doug I have a greater ability to take care of myself and to balance my role as a caregiver with what I need. My stress has been minimized and I feel like I am more productive and able to be more present and mindful in the moment. I have a new calm when faced with challenges and I'm able to say no.
