Ridicules .... I’m a single mom with a daughter. And I’m a part time worker . last year bring in ONLY a W2 with health insurance letter they calculate for me that will get refund of $8000 & charge me $100 fee. Ok $100 still can acceptable . this year I bring the same thing W2 with health insurence letter . This year I can get back $9000 refund I ask the MEATY LADY, is that because I work more this year this why get more refund ? she said yes because on my paycheck I choose single 0 this why refund more and she charge me $180 in this year. You do business is not like this . You can’t because your customer get more refund and try to charge them more. Have you think about a single mom work hard for her child . Have to pay for the rent, day care, foods etc . One of my friend do the tax refund at the same company , she have more documents need accounting to help her result . she ask Mr. Chen help her Mr Chen only charge her $120. Same company is that supouse have the same price list?. Really don’t understand .
