Do not rent from this company and definitely would not recommend entrusting them with managing your property because they are truly negligent.
In a pinch to find a home we rented a property from these people that was 1) way overpriced 2) needed major repairs that they said would be started immediately and finished within a few weeks. Now we are 7 months into the lease and NOTHING has been done with the exterior as promised, including replacing rotting cedar shake, also windows and siding. This has caused our power bill to be astronomical, and the HVAC system inefficient.
They were informed of major flooding with any rainfall that has ruined our property in the garage numerous times, never addressed that.
We have requested through email, text and personally visited their office numerous times still to no avail.
We called them and were told to put in a work order for a leaky toilet over a month ago, which has not been addressed, so we have had to turn it off at the valve because it ran our water bill up tremendously.
This house simply was not ready to rent, there were no working smoke alarms, master toilet was not working, many minor things took weeks for them to repair in the beginning of our lease and we have not seen anyone since.
They left stacks of new cedar shake laying in the backyard now for 7 months which has been an eyesore and getting ruined in the process.
We had to clean the gutters and skylights after we moved in because they were in need of attention. We had to invest our time and money into a major overhaul of the yard and front landscaping because it was overrun with weeds and debris.
We have paid $2300/mo every month for substandard living.
This company is unprofessional and by our experience are not suitable to manage property. I hope the owners of the property will see this and take the necessary steps to protect their property and also the tenants living in it.

My wife and I rented from Chambers Coastal Realty and we were VERY happy with the experience - everyone was very professional and Nate and Angie were always on top of things! Not only do they do what they say they will, but they also treat us like a priority. When our A/C went out in the middle of a record heat wave, Nate was there the SAME DAY to have it fixed. They’re competent, easy to get in touch with and seriously the nicest people you’ll ever meet. We’ve rented from some pretty terrible property management companies so we know when we’ve got it good. I have been working with Nate for a while. He seems to have a knack for finding good tenants. I was worried during all this coronavirus stuff that we would not get rent to pay the mortgage. I called and learned he helped a lot of his tenants find resources to cover the rent.

Also, I don’t want to be involved as a landlord. Every time I have driven by my rental house, it seems like the family is taking real good care of the house. I am really happy with the job Chambers Coastal Realty is doing.

Whoever runs this company is unprofessional and rude. I am an owner of a property that I was going to have them manage for rentals. I asked them to provide me with documentation, forms, and samples of property leases. I talked to a person who seems to be the owner, and he was rude, disrespectful with aggressive language. I was calm and trying to understand what I need to do to get the info about my property and possible rental income before I bought the house. I changed my mind quickly because I do not want to deal with such people. They don't care about you as much as they care about getting their commission. I went with a much better rental property manager in town, so good luck to you, sir!

Nate and his team made the moving process easy despite the stress of moving from out of town. During our time renting they were responsive when we needed repairs but otherwise let us do our thing, which I appreciate as a tenant.

Do not go through these people, they are judgemental and they will use your past against you, they do not care about people who have rehabilitated there life or care to work with you at all if you have any type of minor past, this is supposed to be a community that works together to help people in need with the help of the lord not a community that plays God and acts like they can treat people like they are beneath them.......

Very unprofessional and rude.
Trying to make a transition from another state for the first time and the lack of communication is astonishing! No assistance and very snub attitude. Too bad, I would have used them to buy a home had they just helped with a rental first. Taking my business elsewhere!
