Cathy is busy, but she’s great and she cares. Not sure what happened with some of these other reviews, but with someone who has issues opening up, she’s been fantastic and accommodating as she can be. I’ve always felt comfortable talking. It’s good to have a therapist that tailors the therapy plan to the patient and not just the style of therapy they’re most comfortable with.

I use to go here. And I just wanted to say CG counseling ruined me life. Because I can never find a better therapist to replace Catherine! It’s been just about 2.5 yrs since leaving the area and I wish I could of taken her with me!!! I never felt like I was going to see a therapist more like I was visiting family.

The reviews here are extremely intense and I am not sure why. I've seen many therapist in my life time who just speak to you and are not actually constructive. Cathy's therapy sessions feel like you are speaking to a friend while getting actual coping skills and insight on situations you have endured/encountered.

The counseling I have received from this establishment have been so beneficial in my personal growth that it has become a necessity that can not be skipped in my schedule.

Sometimes you have to look around to find your match for a therapist. It can be like dating!

I am extremely upset at the moment and highly disappointed. My daughter has been going here for a year and has significantly improved since being seen here. My disappointment started today when I received a call from the receptionist, in a very nasty tone, telling me that she does not know when I made my appointment but they are no longer scheduling Saturday appointments. I was getting ready to reschedule when she proceeded to interrupt me and say that they also are no longer filing with insurance any longer so it will be $60 per visit. The tone of her voice and the nastiness of it is what upset me the most. The fact that she didnt have a care in the world that patient could no longer be seen there because they will not file insurance and it was wasting her time to call me. Now my child has to build trust with someone else at a different office thanks to this. Great job!

Absolute WORST!! They have a below 4 start rating for a REASON! Do not make an appt or try to go here. Staff is unprofessional and rude as well as unable to keep their appts as promised.
