Kerstin is a super-star coach! My mind runs at a million miles a minute and I have a hard time fleshing together my thoughts in very sensible and structured way. Kerstin would be keen on listening to what I had to say and would be able to respond to my broken thoughts in such a constructive manner. When I started working with Kerstin, I was having difficulty making decisions for my business in relation to what should be the next step (I had difficulty focussing on the important projects and often had “shiny object syndrome”), but also in maintaining work-life balance with my family.

Kerstin is a great listener, she could make sense of what I was saying and reflect what she heard in a way that helped me see more clearly by shifting my perspective.
