Jason Pantano real estate partner from Century 21 was a gift indeed. On our first meet, he provided immeasurable information on the real estate market in WNC. Not only did he train us on purchasing the right parcel for building, he would even provide to walk the lot for us.
Eventually we decided to purchase a home instead. It was then that he earned the name “Our Guy.” He would get detailed information regarding an our choices and help us learn why some choices were not in our best interest. On our last meet, he spent the day driving us to 3 potential properties. He pointed out that one was definitely not right for us given the location and terrain.
We did find our home that day and Jason Pantano was in the trenches with us. He had contacts to help us with home inspections. In fact the property had a fireplace/chimney which was in disrepair. He took the time to find the right chimney company to help us.
