I’ve been visiting CEMS the past few years to have Maria, the owner, complete my taxes and she does a phenomenal job. She makes sure to get every detail needed and alway answers every question I have. Maria has alway been sweet, respectful and professional. Zeros stars would be my choice. I think the person who always helped my bf is named Maria. He goes here to send his mother in D.r. money every 2 weeks. He's been going here for more than 2 yrs. It's close to the house. Anyways she's always in a bad mood and has a bad attitude. She comes and goes as she pleases with putting a sign saying will be back even if the hours posted outside show that the business is open. Ontop of that I feel she has something against him. She seems racist. Because of where he's from or because of his skin color. I dont know what her problem is. Shes helped me out a few times. She doesn't know I'm associated with him. She tries to be super friendly with me. So opposite with him. She should be disciplined. I'm sure she acts like that with only certain people. Maybe just with people of color. Hes told me in the past that alot of people he knows complain about her

This people customer service is trash I came here to get an inmigration letters notarized and she didnt even properly seal both of the letters when I ask her to do it properly she started yelling at us that the seal stamp did make no difference and that she didnt care to fix it. They have an attitude that makes you feel like punching them no wonder they have this place like they work in the bank otherwise they would get beat the s*** out of them all time.

Trash service at this location,
I try to do my taxes there and woman call "Maria" wants me to summit papers that i didn't need to, just get more money

By the way she acts like she's doing a favor to you in a bad manner............
