Highest recommendation for anyone in the market for a real estate purchase, especially first time, military, and long distance buyers looking in Orange County/Southern California. Unmatched service, real estate market knowledge, and professionalism from Steve when we needed to buy a house from across the country in the height of the pandemic.

From the initial tour to close of escrow, Steve flawlessly advised us throughout the process and he kept us aware of every detail along the way. We were impressed by his ability to negotiate well under listing price in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in San Clemente, but he didn't stop there. Since we were out of state, Steve coordinated and supervised multiple critical steps that allowed us to complete our purchase and identify repairs. Need to find local contractors and inspectors? Done, and he negotiated the major repairs to be credited; our closing costs were nearly halved. He even referred us to a local lender that was able to give us an interest rate that was half of a percentage point under our initial bank's quote--Steve saved us thousands.

Steve is dedicated to his clients, and his diligence put our minds at ease through this long and complicated process. He made himself available nearly 24/7, even after the sale was completed, for anything we needed. We will definitely do business again in the future.
