Don't listen to negative reviews, I've been doing taxes for almost 20 years and so far never had any problems. I won't tell you I recommend this place but I sure can tell you to experience it for yourself. They've been great to me.

I went for the first time ever to do my taxes at this office I should've known better, someone is even saying they are not accredited. No help at all just dismissing and confusing customers when they're the ones inputting incorrect information. If they have random people who don’t even know what they’re doing why are they open? Definitely do not recommend to anyone especially people they can take advantage of.

I recommended John to my family because my experience with him from 2010 - 2016 was very pleasant but my family left his office offended and disgusted, upset with the way he treated them and now I want to tell everyone to please do not go to the Castellanos income tax service . John spoke to my family like if they were criminals, it is not up to him to say who is and who is not worth of anything who made him jury and judge to say that someone doesn't deserve anything in return when they come to you for help and guidance and for john to act so cocky and condescending its horrible. John how to keep his personal opinion to himself as well as he should learn how to speak to people especially customers. what john did was very unprofessional of him. I am pretty sure nothing is going to happen to john but I do want to worn the public to look somewhere else to do your taxes.
Better Business Bureau is showing as they are not accredited by BBB .

I being doing my declaration for the past 12 years and never had any problems, this place help you to get the more than even H&R block they not to friendly but they are very honest. A guy named Benny, it's hard to understand when he talks but do a great job every year.

The person that did my taxes messed them up it's been 8 months and no one wants to help me fix my problem not the taxs person or the manager. Very unprofessional and I'm tired of all the back an fourths between your office and the IRS people! You guys made the mistake and it should be your responsibility to fix it!

Don’t trust this place they do anything to bring in people including fraud I paid for all my wife’s stuff bills I have receipts and they choose to make her head of house hold? This is fraud and I will be taking legal action. Do not come here.
