Don Charron is the real deal!! We were in the process of moving out of state and wanted to put our house up for rent. And in trying to ensure that our home would be in good hands, we chose to hire a property manager. From the very first time we met with Don, he provided a wealth of knowledge on all the details of the process. He is a consummate professional, very easy and pleasant to communicate with, and extremely responsive. But it went beyond even that. While trying to get our place tenant ready, Don not only provided great suggestions on what would make sense to work on for a rental, but even recommended some good and honest handymen to help out with some of the projects, which ended up saving us a decent amount of money in the long run. With help from his team, he also personally made sure our place was in pristine condition by taking his own time to clean the entire home and remove any stains and marks from walls, doors etc. Our place looked incredible after their hard work and he was able to place a tenant in less time than we thought it would take. Don even went out on his own and purchased salt for the water softener when it was running low to ensure the tenant would have no issues. Don has been a blessing to us so far and he and his company are a great example of quality, hard work, honesty and integrity. So far he has made it an easy and positive experience for us, and there are too many examples to list. I would confidently recommend Don to anyone looking for the types of services he provides. He is the real deal!
