I was in a mad hurry , truly I was very upset and had a very bad attitude when I walked in. This lady despite of how i was she was so patient, very calm and nice until it made me calm down nevertheless feeling embarrassed for how I was acting about something that was not even her fault. Go in one day and it’s 5$ for a notary. Go back a week later and another woman charges 20$. Worst ever since they can change the prices to whatever they feel like. Shame been going here for 20 years. Miss the girls that use to be there. Much friendlier. Don’t care for Ms griffin

I've been going here for several months now and the service is always great. The girls working are always friendly and incredibly helpful. Service is surprisingly fast and if you are in a bind and need a little payday loan I do not feel like it fits into the "loan shark" category. There is an offer for an interest free 100 dollar loan and if you need more, the rates are reasonable. Thanks for being there when I've needed help!

I love these ladies. I have been going here for almost 10 years and would recommend them to everyone. Their customer service is great. Someone always have a bad review of almost anyplace you go but that bad review from someone who has only been once wouldn't be a good reason for me not to go. after calling to see what I needed to get a pay day loan, something I never do, I was told ALL what I needed. I was uniformed that is was in need of references, on the bases that I have never done one of these. After telling the lady behind the counter that I wish she had told be that when I called in a disappointed tone. she got defensive and replayed, "I have never had to tell anyone that before" Worst customer service in my life, and the Lady was defiantly unprofessional. when I would go to explain myself she would talk over me. she did not make me feel valued as a customer. And did not own up to her mistake. Even went on to ask me Why I did not have my phone? I'm sorry but that non-of her business. you do not ask were a customers phone is. I don't think I will be going to this store ever. I felt embarrassed and angered.

Very expensive to cash a payroll check 8% min, they act nice and friendly, but horrible customer service and will lie about details. Business with them has jeopardized my bank account security and caused missed payments although that's the "service" they are supposed to provide. BEWARE
