Joe Jackson is a slum lord. Ever since I moved back her in NC I've worked two jobs. I fell behind two months bc my kids had the flu and I preceded to catch it right after. At that time my rent was 900. He changed the about of my rent to 950 and never fixed one thing in my apartment. We never signed a lease until I received assistance from ERAP this year. I've given 1000 dollars every month dince January for 6 months up until he fraudlentely asked for 4000 in back rent from ERAP in June. He lied about the amount owed, and then out of desperation of being evicted and homeless with two small children I sign the lease in which HE makes me responsible for all the repairs I asked prior for, maintenance to fix. He is a horrible cold blooded man for lack of a better term.
