The nicest, most helpful and understanding staff. They will go above and beyond to get families assistance when their lights go out, even giving my toddler snacks and talking with him while I was getting all the info for application ready with the lady I was in the office with. Thank you guys so much. After dealing with these corrupt companies like Entergy, who wanted to pay 195$ when I had already had paid it. You guys give me hope in humanity

Very nice helpful & quick. Somewhat difficult parking as the other businesses quickly told people to never park their vehicle if not at their shops. I would say this need should be noted somehow by administration

These people are so nice and try there best to help you in anyway possible. Really don't know what fixed income people would do without them.

Staff is friendly now days and very efficient in processing applications in timely manner and alerting u of anything they need to finish up ur application. They've really streamlined their operation this year. Making it easier for people who don't have transportation to obtain their services as well.
