Best rental pickup and return process I've experienced in many years of renting at the beach. Our unit was a perfect size for our family of six adults. Great beachfront and terrific view from top balcony. No problems with parking. A nice perk, after driving hours to get to the beach, to find some toilet paper and paper towels in the unit (even though we brought our own) was a great start. There was even hand soap at the sinks. Again, we brought our own, but it was so nice not to have to dig it out of all our packed items immediately. Kitchen was furnished properly with really decent items. Our previous units looked like they had been furnished with thrift store leftovers. It made the whole experience much nicer. I liked that you could tell the owners still cared about the unit and may even come stay there themselves on occasion. A couple of family photos were a nice touch. A boardwalk to the dunes and up and over and you were on the beach. They had some nice bad weather options in the unit, and so when it rained for 3 days, we broke out a large, jigsaw puzzle. Loved the location. Would stay again!

We had an amazing time! This was our first time at the Crystal Coast but it won't be the last. The properly was perfect for our needs; it was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the beach was gorgeous. When we checked in Tiana (sp?) was so helpful and friendly, she had recommendations for dinner and things to do. We had our 2 grandkids with us, both under 2. The splash pad at the park 5 minutes down the road was a big hit.
We loved Amos Mosquito's, the food was excellent. We drove to Beaufort and ate at Clawson's and had the best ribs I've ever had. Our last night we ate at the Billfish Grill in Indian Beach. The food was amazing but it was very pricey.
Just a wonderful vacation, writing about it now really makes me want to go back - SOON!

The unit was very nice and well appointed and equipped. We would stay there every time we came to Atlantic Beach if we could. Love the improvements made to the outdoor deck and the doors that enter it. All new doors we noticed. What a pleasure.

We rented a condo for a family gathering from Cannon & Gruber and their service was excellent. The condo was at A Place at t he Beach and has to be the best family facility on the NC coast. The staff at C&G were excellent to work with and made our rental a simple process. I'm happy to recommend them and will use them again for future rentals in Atlantic Beach, NC.

Cannon & Gruber Realtors were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommend them. The house we rented was lacking in many areas. The house needs to be completely renovated. Also, the pictures need to show how high the sand dune is that has to be climbed up and down to get to the beach.

Excellent customer service. The ladies in the office are wonderful. It’s a great place to stay. The room is comfortable and perfect for us for the week. We also love the amenities such as the pools, slides, hot tubes, awesome games available and how close you are to the ocean.

Loved the outdoor decks where you can hear and see the ocean, while viewing the stars at the same time! Great home to stay in, we will visit again! Loved our visit to Cape Lookout and visiting the point!
