Geez… Where do I start? I can’t say enough good things about these guys at this company. Richard Carlos is a true gentleman. A throwback to the old school customer driven experience that I was taught growing up. That you take care of your customers and you put them first above and beyond anything else. An uncommon trait nowadays. The guy just gets it. Professional, kind, courteous… Handles as business and is no frills about it. Does what he says he’s going to do when he says he’s going to do it. I would recommend these people to anybody, hands-down over any other real estate company.

I was referred to Rich by our plumber in a casual conversation of possibly selling my home. We were undecided at this point but were hoping to connect with a real estate agent who could explain the process of selling and purchasing a new property in this tough market for buying. The purchase of our home in this market was a difficult task but Rich paid attention to detail and was determined to get us what we wanted, he even drove out to meet us about 2 hours away from his office to take us to see homes many times. His hard work and determination got us the home of our dreams and we are forever grateful for Rich.
