"Matt on behalf of Barry" ... Rude & condescending! We were gathering details to undertake a huge project for a small HOA (ran by volunteers) doing our due diligence & asking questions. Only to receive this response: "Your question regarding additional costs indicates that you do not understand the forensic process that has been communicated to you"
Yeah... kick rocks & no thanks!

Highly recommend the team over at California Consultants. As they say, its expensive being cheap! And boy did I learn that the hard way... Had a Roof Deck that was leaking for years no matter what we did... Luckily, I met Barry and he was able to identify the issues and remedy the problem once and for all! It's been years now and I've never had a problem since!

I highly recommend California Consultants. I had a leak in my upstairs master bedroom. They took the time to walk me through the process and explain things thoroughly. I got excellent advice from them and am relieved that the issue wasn't as bad as I was imagining it was. Now I know a lot more about leaks thanks to Matt and the team.
