Caduceus Medical Group: Avoid at All Costs

Caduceus Medical Group has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their front desk staff is incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. They consistently mishandle appointments, rescheduling without notifying patients, leading to missed appointments and unnecessary stress.

Furthermore, their billing practices are outrageous. They overcharge patients and are completely unwilling to work with patients to resolve insurance issues.

I switched to UCI Health and the difference is night and day. UCI Health truly prioritizes patient care with a friendly and professional staff. They are reliable with appointments and their online patient portal is incredibly user-friendly.

I strongly advise anyone considering Caduceus Medical Group to look elsewhere. Their lack of professionalism and patient care is simply unacceptable.

I have now been on hold for 44 minutes to try and schedule an appointment. Every few seconds an automated message tells me how important my call is to them. I call BS! If our calls were that important they'd hire more staff to answer the calls. 46 minutes and counting...

My family has LOVED our experiences here at Caduceus Yorba Linda. I love that my whole family can attend there. Their staff is great at fitting appointments into our schedule, at responding to messages on the patient portal, scheduling prescriptions, submitting referrals, and I don't often have to wait too long on hold to get help.

The pediatric unit has a circus theme with the most fun waiting area I have ever seen. With a mini carousel, large koi pond, arcade games, tv with kid shows, a library, grocery store, and more. my kids often enjoy playing there for an hour after their appointment.

I loved the care I received from Alicia Clark and the nurses in the Women's department. I felt seen and heard and validated. He care was very personable, I wish she did baby deliveries, but it was a blessing to be able to meet with her for the months leading up.

My husband felt that Dr. Goodale was one of the few doctors he has ever seen that actually cared and had the intellectual curiosity to try to help figure out his chronic pain. They worked very well with his work schedule and utilized telehealth appointments to make sure he had the medications and care he needed.

I would recommend this medical group to any person no matter their stage of life. It is filled with people that care.

The staff are nice and Maria spent extra time on the phone with my insurance to help me with an issue, but overall the office is disorganized and some entry level staff were uninformed resulting in a lot of my time wasted. There seems to always be at least 2 people at the front desk when I've gone, however, calls are answered about 30% of the time, the remaining times I've been on hold for anywhere from 20-60 minutes only for their system to hang up on me. You're better off going in person if you really need to make contact with someone or finding another office altogether.

Never coming back. I paid my $45 copay, and 1 month later they come back and tell me I owe another $45 copay because it was a double appointment. I told them that online and in person I was only informed about one $45 copay, that I would’ve cancelled the second appointment if I knew because it was only a 3 minute follow up. Isabella told me on the phone that she can’t help because she wasn’t there that day, but the office made an error and I still have to pay because the provider saw me. Caduceus medical are scammers and trap their patients into paying more than anticipated. I hope you get employees that are more helpful than Isabella. Useless and rude

I would like to recommend Dr Olesya Brisey as one of the best friends doctors I have encountered. I am a dentist and today was my 3rd visit to her , this time accompanied by my daughter, who is a obgyn, and we both left deeply impressed by her knowledge, her warm personality and her amazing attitude. Very rare to meet this kind of a doctor these days

Worst place ever. We were there 15 mins early and still had to wait an hour to get into the room. Then when we got in the room it was another 30 mins. When the doctor finally came in they we were us for about 10 mins and then gone another 20 mins. They then came back and took only 10 mins and they were done. In total we waited for 1:50 mins and they only helped us for 20 mins. This place has gone down hill ever they lost Dr Hill. Please dont waste your time here because all they will do is frustrate you.
