In my personal experience Daniel Buttafuoco and Associates is an excellent law firm. Dan is very professional and knowledgeable. He helped my father win an “impossible” case. Everyone at his office treats you like you’re family. If you have a case they will tell you and if you don’t, they’ll also tell you. That’s hard to find now a days in this litigious environment. Someone that will be honest with you. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Excellent law firm!

After my accident, I had a lawyer who never really listened to me and wasn't helping me the way I felt I needed to be helped. One day I was frustrated and heading home from a long day with my lawyer, I heard and Ad on 10.10 wins, It was Dan Buttafuoco and Associates, I called the number and had an appointment with this Amazing Attorney himself, his words gave me peace and great hope. He went as far as kneeling and praying for me, such a humble great man. He took over my case, got me one of the best doctors in New York and made my Insurance pay for it, He made my insurance pay me allowance (something I never knew was possible). I got an amazing surgery that has eased my pain. The friendly warm welcome you get at the office, the attention you receive. Dan is the best Lawyer I know. I call him my MVP because he is. And he will get you enough from these insurance companies, he absolutely has the know-hows with his team of brilliant Attorneys and Paralegal. Dealing with this firm is an experience you have to try.

It has been my great pleasure to know Daniel Buttafuoco for over 40 years, never has it been so delicate a balance to be an attorney and so much love for God, in a world that’s trying to get rid of God.
