Caprice responded almost immediately to our inquiry about listing our property. When we met with her, she laid out a comprehensive sales plan based on well-researched price analysis. Our listing had amazing photography from a professional drone operator, which generated more visits and tours than we could have hoped for. Although bare land usually took six months to sell, we had an offer at asking price within two weeks. We would work with Caprice again and recommend her 110%.

I had a great experience working with Busy Bee Realty. I was very picky and had a lot of requirements for the property. Because of this, it took me 7 months to find what I was looking for and Raelene was on top of everything from the beginning to the end of the entire process, She was also very patient with me.
