Why is the city not taking action against fake taxis in the city all over places in the private cars soliciting asking for rides strange? Is it safe? BACP need to take action and send them tickets who are picking up the customer. Anyone can come and pick them up

We have applied for a special use licance several months ago, and we have been waiting since 2 months for them to just click one button to let us continue our application, they don't answer their email or calls, they did respond 2 times to the phones and they said the are not in the office and they can't tell us when they will be back to the office or can't give me any other phone number to call, we are still waiting for them to click a button, these workers definitely need to be fire ASAP, WHAT DO WE PAY OUR TAXES FOR? city of Chicago you must see the reviews you have been getting, and please do what you have to do in order to give your people better service.

I only used it once but requested a street performer license online and it was super easy, they reviewed all the documents quickly (less than a business day) and when I went in person I had less than 2 minute wait time, they were all very friendly and helpful which was a very pleasant surprise from what I was expecting! Credit where credit is due, great job.

I find them to be VERY helpful in person. It can be challenging to get to the right place via phone/email - but they've been VERY responsive and helpful over email once I've gotten to the right place. It's a daunting and stressful task to ensure you're doing all the right things with your business and I feel they really help you through that process here.

Lester and Terry are very knowledgeable and oh so pleasant at the front desk - they will always get you to the right place!

The worst customer service, you don’t have an option to go else where as it is the city. Karen answered the phone , before I could explain my question , she keeps saying to stop calling. I submitted livery application 7 days ago and had a pleasant conversation with Michelle who was working on case, she then said it will go to supervisor for approval, so I just wanted to speak with her on the status, but Karen will not let you ask your question and just get you off the phone. The most frustrating experience but it’s the city and you have no alternative.

I got to this department at 9:05. I have been the only person sitting here for 45 minutes. The person in charge of this department should be fired. The city keeps raising taxes but city services keep getting worse.

This Chevy park in the middle of the road for NO REASON. They all think they are authorized to do whatever they want and that’s the real problem or Chicago. City of Chicago employees should all be fired ASAP. Don’t waste tax payer’s hard earning money to raise people like this.
