We recently used Gracie Burton for the second time. Both experiences we had with her were above and beyond our expectations. Gracie is masterful In her technique and makes not only buying a house easy but selling one easy as well. It is easy to see she enjoys what she is doing and doesn’t mind spending time with her clients making sure they are getting exactly what they are looking for. When we bought our first house Gracie made sure we got the best deal we could ( and it was a GREAT deal!) and she did all the footwork making the process painless for us. When we were ready to upgrade four years later we not only ended up with the exact house we wanted, but were able to sell our original house the very same day! After being gone from page for 25 years serving active duty military. we decided to retire and return to Page. I spoke with Gracie about our situation. ( I have know Gracie since I was a kid) we needed a home that would not only give us comfort but also my 88 year old mother in law. We wanted a place that gave her her own space but also our own space. We wanted to have a lot big enough for a detached garage. Gracie worked with us for several weeks always keeping in touch. She sold our 1972 trailer and lot for a great price but she also found us the perfect home not only did it have what we asked for but it also had 2 master suites. She is amazing when it comes to realty. She goes above and beyond to find what you are looking for. We can never say THANK YOU enough for what she did for us. If we ever decide to sell, Gracie will be our realtor.

I highly recommend Gracie for anyone looking to buy or sell a home, or really anything real estate related, in the Page area. We have purchased two homes through her and she was fantastic to work with. She will tell you the straight facts and talk through different considerations you should make. She's reliable, honest AND competent, which is hard to find in any profession. She knows the area in and out and can make things happen that others in Page don't seem to be able to.
