If you don’t ever question them or call them out on their lack of communication, failure to be prepared, or do proper follow up they appear to do just “fine” - if you however question their inability to communicate with insurance, follow up with promised reports that never arrive, failure to answer emails, they then send you a release. We did not sign the release asking them to just do their jobs, which they did not do. Complaint to be filed with the state PROVING all of the above. Took money for items they weren’t entitled to. If you remain a doormat and want to waste your money go for it, they sell themselves well. Otherwise go straight to an attorney or hire another company if want to be part of your claim process. And don’t bother trying to post anything on FB, they block you so you can’t let others know. 🤣🤣

I can't thank Builder's Perspective enough! These guys do it all and do it better than anyone else. They know the ins and outs of the industry, and got us a very fair settlement which took a lot of work on their end. One of the few companies we've encountered that were totally upfront, honest and completely professional. Michael Vitale and his knowledgeable team worked extremely hard, on my insurance claim for Hurricane Ian.
Their knowledge of how to navigate through and around the pitfalls of the insurance claims world was wonderful.
Builders Perspective Public Adjusters got our entire claim 100% reimbursed from our stodgy balking insurance company.
Without Michael and his team we would have wound up suing the insurance company.

My insurance company would not return my calls. My husband has had multiple strokes so I was taking care of everything by myself. Michael made some phone calls and got things moving. He wouldn’t take any money at this point. Later I called him because the insurance company said I had to go to mediation. Michael negotiated enough money to make me whole and pay his reasonable fees.

After getting raked over the coals by my insurance company following Hurricane Sally, I hired BPPA. They were extremely competent and professional. They always responded promptly to my calls and emails. Their affiliation with a local law firm came in extremely handy as well. I cannot thank the team at BPPA enough. It’s been 9 months since the hurricane and my check arrived today. Without this company I would never have recovered on my claim for damages. I recommend them without hesitation. If there is another storm that ever causes me damage you can rest assured that their number will be the one that I call.

Terrible communication and felt that at no point was my loss important to them. Literally ZERO communication except to drop us after 6 weeks of calling to understand what the status of my claim. Never once called back just an email saying they were withdrawing our paperwork that we didn’t even know was even sent to our insurance company. I have reported this company with the insurance commission. No office either just a house

They are professional, friendly, timely and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. They stay on top of things and are very fair. They have a lifetime of experience about construction, restoration, storm damage, Florida building codes and insurance policy. ALL of those things are VERY important when it comes to handling an insurance claim. They are the best!! I definitely recommend this company!
