STAY AWAY FROM BUILD&FUND!! I am writing this review for my friend/boss because she is so "over it". I had to speak out to tell people to stay away from Build&fund. She worked with them for 3 1/2 months to try and get funding and it was like pulling teeth. Their whole system is by text and email. They don't want to talk to anyone, as if you are bothering them with a call. Something that could be cleared up in a 2 minute phone call took days because they wouldn't answer each text for a day or 2 each time you text. A back and forth text exchange would take a week just to solve one question. Then they set you up with a call from a banker but you're not suppose to let-on that Build&fund had anything to do with the application. It's so stupid! They say their relationships with the bankers is the key to getting funded but if that's the case, why do you have to lie to the Banker they set you up with?
In the end she got 1 card for a stupid low amount and that was it. HOWEVER, when the bill was due, the calls, texts and emails came fast and furious. That was the most attention she was given in 3 1/2 months. JUST DON'T DO IT!

Working with the team at building fund was very easy. Once I understood the 0% credit line was from several different credit cards, I know this was the best way to get a higher credit limit. I was able to get the amounts I needed, and it also opened up doors within the Chase bank branch as well, Frank and the team Treated me very well and it is a great way to start out without having worry about a high interest rate credit card for the day-to-day expenses you incur when you’re starting your own business. I appreciate all the time they spent with me and it worked out really well and I would recommend this process to anyone that’s in the start up round of their business.

They definitely have relationships with the right people to obtain business credit. I would not have been able to do what they did and as quickly as they did it. It was worth having them help me and I greatly appreciate the time saved.

The communication from the start was clear and continuous through the funding process. This is a non traditional type of funding via credit cards. I was able to secure a high limit card with zero percent for 12 months. Even with the fees from build fund the 12 month zero rate was way cheaper than a traditional commercial loan. Additionally this will help build credit for my company and allow us to manage bills from the day we opened.
