Absolutely the BEST experience with Whitney!! Made one phone call, and she preselected a few items, plus the items I needed, and I was out the door in a flash. She was super organized and professional. My project turned out fabulous, and I love my new machine. Thanks for all your help, Whitney!!

Omgosh what an amazing store, and what a phenomenal instructor I found in Whitney.
I had called and had spoken with Whitney (who is beyond amazing) on the phone, she was so kind that I canceled my appointment at a different store that I was on my way to.
She walked me through my Baby Lock Vesta Combo and help me find the appropriate accessories and materials. It has been a pleasure learning from such an extraordinary, knowledgeable professional. The manager was so kind, generous and awesome, too!

If you ever have the opportunity to check it out please do especially if you have a Baby Lock Sewing or Embroidery Machine.

Please bring your next store to Katy. We need this level of quality and service.

Went in today for the first time in many months. I met the new store Manager, Cheryl and sewing consultant, Whitney and, they are both amazing! I felt so welcome and, honestly, have not on previous visits. I look forward to many more visits, shopping and, maybe even some classes. They invited me to a Sew & Tell, which they have once a month and, I think I'll go to the next one in July. Cheryl pointed out some of the new merchandise they offer....FABRIC!!! Not a lot of fabric but, hopefully they will offer a larger selection (like the Tulsa location) soon. Since the nearest quilt shop closed their location near me, I have to service the car, pack a lunch and drive quite a distance to find quality fabric. The only downside from having met Cheryl and Whitney is that I'll be spending too much money at B-Sew Inn!!!

July 11, 2020 arrived at Humble Sewing center at 10:18 a.m. Our Singer Touch n Sew needed to have the lower horizontal bevel gear replaced in order for the lower bobbin to spin, hook engaged to secure thread from needle once it goes into the lower bobbin. I was greeted by Heidi a very nice salesperson and she brought out our repaired sewing machine. She was new and allowed me to set up my machine to insure all repair work - replacement of "all new lower gears" were operating proficiently. Once the machine was threaded I found that the needle would not pull the lower bobbin thread up and what was happening were "haystacks" of thread from the top thread on the cloth- no bottom bobbin thread. After several attempts by myself to correct the issue, even rethreaded a new bobbin with new thread, the same issue occurred. I was asked twice to please let Robert the repairman work on it in the back. I waited almost 1 1/2 hours for Robert to fix the issue, while waiting in the front of the shop. Robert came out after an hour and stated that the bobbin was wound too loose. I watched him sew with the machine and there were no problems. Frustrating once I got home I had the same issue, the lower bobbin now would not wind with presser foot up and once the lever was placed to allow the bobbin to spin it was jumping. I then noticed a part on the metal round bobbin holder that there was a yellow spot of glue? I have called and video taped the whole procedure. Robert is very professional and I am sure we will resolve this issue next week, it seems that now my metal bobbin bracket has an issue as the lower bobbin never jumped or made clicking issues before. I will post again with results from next week July 18th.

They are an incredibly honest company. The tech Najeeb Mashie is awesome. I took my machine to another store in the fall. They didn’t fix it and took it again, charged again and said it was user error. I then took it to B Sew Inn. When I got it home, it wasn’t working and I returned it back to the store. Since I had to return it they stood behind their warranty. They had to trouble shoot it with the Babylock main tech team. They had to replace the motor and another part. That part was on back order. Took five months to get in. It’s working beautifully and because they honored their ninety day warranty it saved me hundreds of dollars. I live in Katy and drive the 49 miles there. All their staff are great and knowledgeable. It’s worth the drive to deal with an honest business. By the way their 90 day warranty is the best in the Houston area. Their pricing on new machines is the best too. You won’t be sorry going there.

I found this shop looking for beginner sewing classes. Wonderful shop and extremely knowledgeable sales staff . Whitney (the instructor ) was the true gem of the crown ! She was kind, helpful & patient ! I didn’t even know how to use a sewing machine. Whitney was encouraging and made me feel confident throughout my project. I will definitely be back for more classes and projects.

Everyone at BSewInn is always so friendly and super duper helpful!! The whole team is AMAZING! They help with whatever questions you have about machines, thread, stabilizers and which to use and so much more! They are all so knowledgeable and go way above and beyond to help! Their customer service is exceptional! I have always had a pleasant experience! They hold classes to help show you how to sew, embroider, accuquilt and more! Go see them if you need a new machine, thread, iron, or just stop by to see all that they have!!!! They also have popcorn too!!

Highly recommend this store. They have the best customer service. I had a job to complete and my machine broke. They fixed my machine and Whitney helped me complete my job while they worked on my machine. The technicians Najeeb told me just what I need to do to keep the problem from happening again. Samuel was helpful at helping my mother pick out store merchandise while she waited on me. Every time I am in this store the customer support is like no other store. I drive from Katy Tx just to know that I will receive this kind of customer care. Thank you for all your help B-Sew Inn!
