Bridger reached out to me and it was fairly easy to schedule - no crazy long qualifications just a quick call / exchange texts with times and a few answers to background. Unlike others, I did not experience a delay in payment because I read the terms and conditions of the contract with Bridger. I requested expedited payment processing before scheduling a consultation and was paid in one business day. The terms and conditions clearly state that payment terms are 4-6 weeks after services unless expedite payment is requested.

I did my interview with them November 22nd,2024. It is now February 2nd 2025 and I have not received payment from them after reaching out TWICE via email. I am now reaching out via LinkedIn no response. It’s been over the 4-5 week time period they have me. This is a scam company and people who are responding they got paid are probably a part of the scam itself. Do not trust this company, just doing interviews to get information about your job which is weird.

So far working with Bridger has been very efficient and professional. The research interview had good questions and they did not probe into confidential information. All of my emails to Allison were very promptly responded to. While I have not yet received the agreed upon compensation, I don't have any reason to believe that they won't follow through. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

I started using Bridger for primary research about one year ago and today, they are an invaluable resource for me. Jack takes the time to ask me a lot of questions in order to understand my projects and the type of expert that best matches my project.

Most of my research projects require that I speak to industrial technology experts. I have found that Bridger consistently has been able to meet my research needs for this type of expert.
Bridger also understands budget restraints and helps me prioritize the available experts based on my budget requirements.
I frequently need to ask the expert additional questions after the scheduled call (this can be several weeks after the scheduled call). Jack is always willing to forward my questions to the expert via email.
In one case, we even were able to schedule a 30 minute follow-on call with an expert.
I appreciate Bridger’s flexibility and their willingness to accommodate my unique project needs.
I highly recommend Bridger – I have been working with expert networking companies for a long time, and Bridger certainly is one of the best.

As a professional being reached out to on LinkedIn, I thought this would be a legitimate request but turns out I was wrong. This outfit is akin to working with a used car dealer; extremely pushy and persistent until the client call has been completed, then completely ignoring any attempt at collecting payment for your services.

Bridger offered $200 for a 60-minute call. From the moment I responded to the moment I had the call with the client, the associate I worked with called me and texted me far too frequently than what is deemed professional.

Immediately after the call was over, I inquired to how I would be paid, and…crickets. After the three attempts, I was finally told I would receive payment in four weeks. After four weeks, I still had not received a payment and once again, it took three more attempts for a response where I was told there was no record of my call and I would need to provide proof. Once I did, Bridger sent a payment of $150. Yep, that’s 29% less than what I was initially promised. Frankly, I would not have done the call at that rate.

Once again, I have contacted Bridger several times again (at this point out of principle) to get what I was promised, and there has been no response from the firm. If Bridger contacts you for a client engagement, I highly recommend that you decline, because do you want to deal with a bait and switch used car dealer?

The interview and everything was fine but I was not sent payment within the promised timeframe of 4 weeks. I had to email them multiple times before they finally sent payment. When payment came, they also didn't send the amount that I was originally told. Wouldn't do an interview with them again.
