Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about therapy before I was referred to Bridge. From the first session, though, I felt like they really got me. The environment was so welcoming, and my therapist genuinely listened. We worked together to figure out what I needed, and I've been making progress ever since. It's clear they care about their clients. If you're considering therapy, I'd definitely recommend giving Bridge a shot.

Dr. Raquel Dorame was an AMAZING therapist for our son. It's a shame we can no longer see her as the billing department for BCS completely screwed us over. When we first met with Dr. Dorame, we asked about fees. She stated that because we were doing virtual meetings during COVID, our appointments were covered by insurance. So we scheduled weekly meetings.

Two months into therapy, we get a call from Joyce, who states we owe Bridge $650 for the appointments and that we needed to pay up. We were shocked and requested documentation of these charges. Joyce talked over me, spoke condescendingly about "this is how insurance works. Let me explain it to you again" and was generally rude when I asked her for proof of our coverage. I told her I was not paying anything until I received an EOB from her or our insurance. It's been 3 weeks and we're still waiting. Joyce calls me back again today to request payment. I told her I've yet to receive anything from her or the office regarding charges and asked again for a copy of an EOB or statement that itemizes the charges. She ended the call.

I have no problem paying for services, and it pains me that we are no longer able to see Dr. Dorame. She was working wonders with our son. However, BCS's charges are not stated up front and they give you the runaround when you ask for EOBs and proof. That puts a bad taste in my mouth and prevents me from even recommending them. I hope Dr. Dorame finds another practice to work with. If she does, we would happily resume services with her.
