We lost our home during Hurricane Helene. We filed a claim with our insurance company and were denied. A family member gave us Chad’s phone number. Chad did an outstanding job carefully reviewing our policy and how it applied to North Carolina law. He sent a letter to our insurance company explaining how and why we should be covered. Yes they decided to pay our claim. Chad made us feel very comfortable through the process. We are thrilled with the results!

It’s rare that you get a chance to speak with a Personal Injury Lawyer who is genuinely concerned about you and your case. When you need an attorney, it is likely for a stressful reason. My situation was exactly this, but Chad Donnahoo made the process as stress free as possible. He treated me with respect and he actually listened to my concerns. He has to be the most respectable and professional individual I have ever worked with.
