Brian Daley did an excellent job on my tax returns. I was very pleased, this time around I was going to be owing a good deal to the IRS, however, with Brains knowledge he was able to greatly reduce the amount I owed. He also gave me fantastic advice on my side business and how to navigate the future with it. I highly recommend Brian Daley.

I highly recommend Brian. When we had a large amount due to the IRS Brian took us on in the middle of tax season when other tax services wouldn't due to "press of business". Brian and his staff went all out for us to meet a tax deadline and to represent us to the IRS. Thanks to Brian's expertise in dealing with the IRS, and his knowledge of tax law, we ended up getting a refund. Throughout the process, which took a bit of time on the IRS's part, Brian and his staff were with us all the way.

As a business owner of 31+ years, I highly recommend Brian Daley and his knowledgeable staff to help anyone resolve tax issues. Being notified by the tax departments about owing huge amounts of taxes can be a very scary and intimidating situation. Brian and staff are amazing at looking over your case and knowing how to help!

Brian Daley is someone who is totally trustworthy, knowledgeable, and personable and has been preparing our taxes for over 20 years. I would highly recommend him, not only is he an expert in what he does, he goes beyond the call of service. Brian prepared my mother in law's taxes for years but would take the time to drive to her house, have a cup of coffee, spend time visiting with her, then talking tax work. Brian goes beyond what you would expect. He is not only smart and knowledgeable but a total gentleman. Call Brian, he will have your back!

I mistakenly didn’t add a 1099 to a prior years tax return. Being as this particular 1099 was for a Crypto trading platform, the IRS added each transaction together never showing the “cost”. It quickly added up to 500k(clearly wrong) all you have to do is amend the prior tax year with your documentation and the IRS adjust it and actually wound up owing me.
When I originally received the letter from the IRS saying I owed, I consulted with Brian to seek his help. He required he handled everything and he wouldn’t be able to address anything until after the response date on the IRS letter. NEVER ignore those dates! He quoted me $5000 and said it could take years to resolve. I barely slept on it and realized he wanted to not respond to the letter so it would go to the next step which would’ve needed representation. I spoke to a Professional and was told to ask the IRS for an extension and amend the prior year. I did and it only cost $100! Two months later the IRS sent me a letter saying we’ve accepted the amendment we owe you $200. I’ll for ever warn people of his misleading business practices and be skeptical of businesses alike. Reach me for details and I’ll gladly provide proof/details. He will not and is not obligated to act in your best interest as he is not a legal attorney despite claiming he will “represent you” he is merely a tax person seen as a specialist by the court. Sad this is in our community.
