I initially hired Brandy as my coach to assist me with releasing some negative energy around a former relationship so that I could improve both my personal and professional relationships. I chose Brandy because I loved her energy. She is very approachable and really listens. Through my sessions with Brandy I found freedom from my thoughts that were limiting my growth. I learned tips for communicating with people in my personal life and business life. I learned how to allow myself to fail without beating myself up, and how to really analyze my fears to discover if they were real enough to hold me back (most were not). Brandy has enabled me to free my mind from thoughts and feelings that were weighing me down. During my last week of coaching I picked up three new clients. I joined a group class with Brandy and many other wonderful ladies for 6 months. It has been truly life changing! Brandy's course is planned out perfectly, but was also relaxed enough even busy Moms can make it. It is a personal challenge at times, and requires some personal accountability but has been worth it. I highly recommend for any women feeling stuck, insecure, perfectinistic, are struggling with having meaningful relationships or like they aren't living to their full potential in any aspect of their life.

I participated in Brandy's first retreat, Heart-Centered Strength and Connection, A Woman's Journey, in Sedona, AZ, Oct 19-23, 2022. I'm hoping she will hold an annual retreat there as I plan to be there with her each year! Of the eight women there, Brandy was the only one I knew, yet four days later, I felt like I had 6 new friends, connected at the heart. I went on this retreat both to support Brandy and to support myself, to rest, to be moved, to give myself the gift of a time-out and a reset. I left feeling softer and more deeply committed to my own self-care, to continuing to work on self-love and making that a priority for 2023. The deeper I can drop into my own heart center, the more I will be able to say yes to life and be a source of joy and empowerment in my core relationships and the world. Just by being me. It's my own message in my own work and, sometimes, I need to be the student again. Thank you, Brandy, for holding space for us, for calling us back to love, for inspiring us to be curious and joyful, for bringing us that beautiful breath work session with Meredith, for encouraging us to come home to ourselves and see ourselves and our beauty in one another. It was so much more vital and affirming than I'd imagined I'd needed or could have hoped for. I'm glad I listened to that inner voice and said yes to your invitation. The best part about attending Brandy’s classes is she is like an open book. I am a very guarded person, and I could let everything out, and I never felt liked I was being judged. She is one of those people that truly cares about your journey and where you want it to take you! Before her class and still now. I am a work in progress! I needed to learn to take time for my self in order to be the best mom and wife I can be. While attending her classes I have learned that I need to be a little easier on my self, and that I can’t be in control of everyone or every situation. It was such a blessing to be able to connect with other women that struggle with the same issues and to try and figure out this thing called life. After her class I have really tried to do things for my self even if that means telling my husband and children no at times. That has been one of my struggles since I have become a wife and mother. I really want to Thank Brandy and all the ladies who were in our group! It truly was a blessing to me!
