I've been a very satisfied customer here for 3 years. Visiting their office is actually a pleasure. Always very clean & comfortable with a friendly & welcoming staff. They also offer a good selection of drinks & snacks in their lobby.
During my last visit I had the pleasure of working with Kat Thomas regarding both my Homeowners & Auto policies and how to make them financially more manageable. She was truly understanding while listening to my concerns. Promptly addressing those concerns, she was ultimately able to make both of my policies much more manageable while saving me some money too and not sacrificing great coverage. I was so pleasantly surprised! I left feeling satisfied & relieved.

Caleb with State Farm was absolutely superb. I have been thinking of switching for some time from our other Ins provider but was putting it off. Caleb made the switch over seamless and easy for us. We were involved in an automobile accident on November 22, 2024. The other driver was not insured. Your representative, Kat Thomas, has been extremely helpful as we worked our way through the nightmare of this experience. She has explained everything we needed to do and assisted us at every turn. She has met with us on numerous occasions, without appointment, and reviewed and explained the mounds of documents we have received. We certainly appreciate Kat and commend her for her through knowledge of the nightmare we have been through.

With the few times I needed to reach out to Bradley Blessing-State Farm, I have fortunately spoken to Cynthia on each call. Cynthia listens, provided detailed options for adding or changing my policy based on current circumstance, and is pleasant and patient with me. May 2024, the day of my son's Graduation, she even made a phone call to help me get a cheaper emergency tire change, at a discounted price from a local company because I did not carry that coverage. I made it to my son's Graduation by 20 minutes. Thank you Cynthia.
