One of the guys that works here is the rudest person I have ever talked to. Just calling and asking for an appointment makes this guy very angry. I have talked to him twice and I was very polite but he seems to to be angry ALL the time. I then shared my experience with other people was said that they know exactly who I'm talking about. I went somewhere else for my taxes.
