Working with Bonnie has truly been the most life-changing, inspiring, and exciting gift. As a classical musician with a lot of different parts to my musical and artistic life, I have been scared in the past to really turn over my vision of how I want to show up online to another person - will they really get what I do? Will they think classical music is boring and make me a boiler-plate stuffy site? But as soon as I started working with Bonnie I knew that those worries could melt away. She is someone who not only has the creativity and joy to really explore unusual solutions, ideas, and forms of beauty, but also has such a detail-oriented mind, a truly special artistic vision, and the ability to execute all the intimidating elements of code and website problem-solving like no one else!

In the last three years, I have worked with Bonnie on two separate, completely different projects, and been truly overjoyed with how both turned out. Bonnie worked with me and my three Cassatt Quartet colleagues to build an entire brand vision - from a gorgeous hand-painted logo down to the last tiny detail of the website! - that was inspired by Mary Cassatt, our group's namesake, and which captured our vision and identity as a quartet of all women that focuses on championing American contemporary music, especially by composers whose backgrounds are underrepresented. She really captured our joy and strength in a way I think no one else could have.

Most recently, Bonnie finished up work on my own website - to share about my cello playing, teaching, and writing. I have rarely felt so seen and understood by someone I'm spending time with - whether it's a musical colleague or even a close friend! In our conversations, she never made me feel like I was asking for too much (or like I was too much!!); she listened carefully, bouncing ideas around or sometimes taking a seed of an idea I would have and turning it into something so much more amazing than I ever could have come up with on my own. And as a result, I feel that Bonnie was able to capture me in the most multi-dimensional, honest, full version of myself. I feel so proud and so unbelievably grateful to get to have this as the way I show up online now. (Also, just...my website has an entire page dedicated to my amazing dog, complete with a biography and a hand-drawn illustration of my girl! It was all Bonnie's idea and her gorgeous execution - talk about understanding a client's priorities better than they even understand them themselves!!!)

I know this is a really long review and Bonnie herself will be 0% surprised since I probably wrote 3 billion words of copy for my new website (for other potential clients though, especially ones who are not part writers like I am haha - Bonnie will write copy FOR you, and is amazing at it!!). But I can't stress enough that if you are looking for a web designer, someone to revive or support your vision of your business or brand, or just an altogether gem to work with for all of your online needs - Bonnie is truly the most amazing one you could possibly hope for. I cannot recommend her enough, or with enough gratitude and love.

Bonnie created an overall Brand Design and worked with me to create an amazing set of logos. She then assisted me in developing a Brand Strategy that I have been able to actually implement!
