I hired Bond Consulting in July 2023 to do a replat on a property I was selling in Little Rock. They said it would be 2-3 months to get approval from the City. As of Feb 2024, it's been 6 MONTHS with no progress reported from Bond. No calls, no emails..., nothing.

After 5 MONTHS of waiting with no status updates from Bond, I called Bond to followup on the issue and was assured that someone would return my call with a status. I never heard back from them.

After 6 MONTHS of waiting with no status updates from Bond, I followed up with them AGAIN and was told that the person I spoke to before was no longer with the company and that my replat request would be promptly submitted to the City of "North" Little Rock (my property is in "Little Rock"). After correcting them on seeking approval from the wrong city, I've been assured that Bond will contact me soon in regards to the status of my replat request.

I wanted to deduct Bond's replat fees from my property sale proceeds in 2023, but that obviously can't happen now. With fingers crossed, I'll HOPEFULLY be hearing back from them soon and will update this review at that time.

Update (2/9/2024): I just received a call from Bond Consulting saying they have submitted my replat paperwork to the City of Little Rock and it should take less than 2 months to go to the Planning Commission, so only time will tell at this point. I’ve upgraded their Google rating to 2 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ since they actually contacted me without me having to contact them first.

Have worked with Aaron over the last several months. He is helping us with site plan design on our coffee shop. He is extremely experienced, polite, easy to talk to understanding and has offer so much helpful advice. I would give more th an 5 stars if possible.

Office employees were friendly and courteous. Hired for boundary dispute. Same pins since 1981. All were missing i was told. Survey is off by at least 7 ft. Shifted four property lines to left of my acre. Now encroaching on neighbor. They disputing now too. Bond refused to come to property to explain how they came up with what they did. Refused. Was rude and unprofessional. A pin thats been there since 81 was never found. Its still there. The correct survey pin. Refuses to look at. If so correct why is afraid to look at? Now lost two customers., oh original pin was done by bond over 40 yrs ago. Neighbor will now find truth.
