My company works across different time and geographical zones and we have different issues (server, Quickbooks, etc.) across the offices that are quite frequent. I have used the 24/7 chat many, many times as well as the regular access during USA hours. I cannot even remember a time when someone did not jump on to solve an issue straight away, whether on the chat or through e-mail. The B&L tools have been crucial in my ability to continue doing my work without being held up – even in-house IT departments at the many companies I have worked at previously have never been this efficient.
So if you are looking for remote IT support, I would 100% recommend B&L PC Solutions. They are a super professional, knowledgeable and efficient team.

We are a large company now using B&L as we migrated our IT dept. to partner with them for a better and more secure business model. Its only been a few months, but the knowledge, support and professionalism has been outstanding. The support team caters to my needs and at an extremely fast response which is what we need as a very large manufacturer. Being the liaison between my company and B&L, I have already been establishing a relationship with alot of their "techies". they are a great group of techs to work with. Being I have to deal with alot of other outside support teams for other services we have, its soooo refreshing to be able to talk to a human being, hold a decent conversation and get results.
