I had a wonderful professional relationship with Annie until I hit a personal crisis that directly reflected my business . We had been working together for a few years at that point. As soon as I hit that crisis I reached out several times and I was ignored and ultimately discarded.

The depth of knowledge Annie teaches is excellent but to be clear this business is about making a profit. Professionally speaking there is no excuse at this level to completely disregard a client who is already in a paid professional relationship and reaching out for help. None.Full stop.

I spent twenty years as a professional legal consultant for several upper tier firms and there were always protocols in place to handle particularly difficult situations. I saw none of that whatsoever at Birds Eye. This was devastating to me both personally and professionally and if I hadn’t found it so egregious I wouldn’t have left this review, but my relationship with Birdseye was woefully disappointing and highly unprofessional.

I have had minimal correspondence with Annie and when I have reached out her responses have back pedaling and corporate language with no accountability on behalf of herself or her business. If I could sue to get my money back I would.
