My experience with William Biggers has been exceptional. Please note, whenever you are dealing with the loss of a loved one, this is the worst possible time in your life. Probate attorney's understand this and try to help you every step of the way. I hired Mr. Biggers to guide me in the process of protecting my late aunt and uncles estate in Ashville. William had so many challenges on this particular case. However, he handled each road block with professionalism and courtesy. Mr. Biggers was very understanding, and rose to the challenge. You must work with your attorney to get the positive outcome you desire.

For those of you with aging parents or loved ones, please ask the question, is your will on file with the county? This will save you time and money in the end. DO NOT BE AFRAID!!! Had my aunt and uncle simply filed this will in the county. We wouldn't have had to work so hard to resolve this estate.

Please note, handling any estate takes time. Without the will being on file in the county, it took us TWO YEARS to get this estate to resolution.

Working with William Biggers and his staff has been a true pleasure. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future.

They did the closing on my refinance , called 7 minutes before they closed the day before saying they may not be able to close on my scheduled date but would try. My appointment was at 11am and hadn't heard anything from them but headed that way thinking everything was alright, but wait two miles before we get there the Credit Union calls and says the attorney called at 10am stating they weren't ready. Now this is a refinance simple right not for this attorney they want to push it back two weeks!!! Never use them for anything....if I could give them 0 stars I would. Totally incompetent and horrible customer service. Have had 9 closings in my life never had a issue like this.

She is not your typical callous and indifferent attorney not just grabbing for a buck and that was very refreshing! Shes a good one!

I contacted them for drafting a will for my family, it takes 3 weeks for the draft to come back, then i need to make some adjustment, i sent multi-pal emails to them to follow, and nothing came back. I walked into their office in Oct. 2019 and it is Feb 2020, still nothing....
