Better Days Therapeutic Solutions has a very professional but cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend getting mental health services here. Particularly, I have thrived beyond belief under the care of Christina. She has helped me work through a lot of issues that have resulted in me having a much happier life and general positive disposition. She is truly empathetic, intelligent, and has a great sense of humor. She is my lifeline and confidant, and you would be doing yourself a huge service by doing therapy with her. I am in a significantly better place than I used to be as a result of her brilliant therapeutic strategies. I drive 45 minutes from Raleigh to see her each week. She's just that amazing!

Additionally, the submission of paperwork for insurance purposes is extremely easy. I am emailed a document each month from BetterDays and it takes 30 seconds to submit the pdf electronically to my insurance for reimbursement through the insurance app.
