I would like to bring a complaint to mind. ECUA is bad customer service they fail at picking up customer garage and say they can't send anyone out when they fail to pick it up. They can't give a discount for customer when it's not customer fault. They can pickup or not anytime they please and customers can't do anything about it. This is bad customer service. They have missed our church garbage for two weeks in a row they have been called by several in our church and they say there's nothing they can do but still the church pays the bill for no garbage pickup. That's fraud taking customer money and not giving them service

Buyer beware. Can a business tax a surcharge? Lillo’s Italian restaurant in Gulf Breeze charges a surtax of 3.5% on credit cards versus cash. Ok. Understood. They added 3.5% on EVERY single item we ordered including beverages, salad, appetizers and meal and then taxed us on the total. Is this even legal?

The BBB is a sham. They prey on small businesses, pushing their memberships with shady tactics. They claim to be impartial, but it's all about profit. Lisa should be held accountable. I'll never support the BBB again.

I recently had Reliable Painting Pros, LLC do 2 projects for me.
The first project was for my garage. We had the paint the wall, ceiling and trim. It looks so good that we had them paint the outside of my house.
This company is amazing. Total satisfaction is what they told me to expect and it couldn’t be any better.
First the price was on budget, the color selection was great. They provided samples of the walls and trim. We thought the walls was the wrong color so David took the paint to have it replaced. While he was doing that we checked the samples again and had them stripe it with the trim color and the samples were actually perfect.
The Job was started on time and finished on time.
We are already planning additional paint projects inside the house and I will definitely call Reliable Painting Pros for all of my painting my projects.
I highly recommend them to anyone needing paint work.

My wedding is five days from now, and Oh! Snap cancelled my order last night. I had several email discussions with Ms Lee, and thought we had come to an agreement on the order. I paid the deposit amount five days later. Never received any notification that there was any problem with my order. In fact, never received anything from them for over two months, until my mother went in to drop off a fabric swatch to match the colors for my cake and she was told there was no order. The owner never took responsibility for the error. I thought we had things worked out, over the course of three very tense days. When I requested a final statement of charges, or an acknowledgement of the order, my order was cancelled. The entire order process is flawed and ridiculous and the customer service is horrendous! They kept referencing a contract that was never sent to me!

We are EXTREMELY pleased with the work that 1st Choice Home Improvement did for us. Our home was built in 1990, and the one-piece fiberglass tub/shower combination in the master bathroom was cracking badly. We called Don Perrin (Chief Sales Representative) and he explained the entire process of how the work would be performed. He came prepared with a short but informative video on the manufacturing process involved in making our new tub, and showed us samples of the materials used. Once we selected the desired color and style, and agreed to the price, he took care of everything else. The entire process was designed around whatever the customer wanted. He even allowed us to purchase the mixing valve, shower head and spout we preferred.

I can’t say enough about the team of installers! Justin and his brother arrived each day at the time agreed upon (around 9:15 am), and worked hard each day. Not only were they polite, they displayed genuine concern for our property while the work was being accomplished! They used drop cloths, they hauled away all the materials, and gave us great advice on how to clean and maintain our new acrylic tub/shower. They completed the job in a day and a half. The finished installation is so professional that we wish we could show it off to everyone! But after all, it is the master bath. Displayed by invitation only!! 5-Stars in all categories.

We have had problems with gieco insurance. I have been with them for 7 years. They do not pay their claims and charge too much without notice. Do not automatically pay with them, they will drain your account.
