My daughter's mother and I met another couple from the opposite end of the state .|We all four felt at ease making ourselves at home. Our GSM Metria was Fantablous and with the help of Jasmine our stay was impeccable! I really could not find anything to complain about. Rooms were very clean. The Breakfast area, Gym and Lobby also very clean and receptive. I can honestly say... We'll be back!!

BEWARE!!
At check in, the lady behind the desk helping me said my card didn’t go through the first time and that it would need to be run again. Fast forward to today, before I checked out I discovered that my card had been charged twice. I went to the desk and was very nice in my approach. I figured it was a mistake that should be easily taken care of. She insisted that it was not a problem with their system, that they can’t double charge and proceeded to show me different screens on the computer with an attitude. She insisted it was a problem with my bank. No apology. I called my bank and a dispute has to be filed and can take up to 10 days. One of the first questions he asked me for the report was if they happened to have swiped my card twice. So we are out $705.10 until the dispute is resolved.

Other than that, the hotel was ok. I have stayed at a BW plus last summer and was very impressed. This one not so much. Housekeeping ignores the privacy door hanger and knocks anyway. When I asked for extra towels, she hesitated and begrudgingly gave me two. At the pool, my son and I went one afternoon and one of the two tables had pool chemicals open and just sitting out for a half hour before anyone came out to take care of it.

Additionally, the WiFi is terrible. If you will be needing to work remotely you’ll need a backup plan. First night was ok, the last two days it wouldn’t work at all.

Wonderful staff, you don't get better than them. The only thing was the room needed a couple of renovations mostly in the bathroom, like a small hole in the bottom of the wall where the trim was missing. But the whole room was spotless. The beds were clean and comfortable to sleep in.

The breakfast is really good! The woman that keeps it stocked is a sweetheart ❤️
Very limited seating in breakfast area and no one to clean tables while lady is busy trying to keep up with keeping food stocked. Hopefully management will consider adding a person to clean the tables when place is full.

I would stay here again; the young woman asked me why I was traveling, and when I informed her it was to attend my mom’s funeral she showed so much empathy, it was truly heartwarming. The only complaint I have is that the beds are a little on the hard side, not awful but definitely pretty firm. The rooms were clean, the complex itself was quiet and peaceful, and it’s very close to a lot of food options and even a nice car wash. Great place with kind staff.

Don't go this hotel! We were there after New years. We used a gift card given to us by Best Western upper management after having billing issues at a previous hotel.

Front desk took 1/2 hour to figure out how to take their own gift cards. Asked me to move aside while they took care of someone else.

Room 1 had a roach - called maintenance - he told us we have to change rooms.

Room 2 - Heater is broken, it's very cold outside - he tells us we must change rooms again, and carry our luggage through the hotel again.

We asked for extra blankets as we didn't have the energy to go to the 3rd room.

Front desk says Nothing they can do. Surely I didn't want to pay with the gift card they gave me after all of the trouble.

A few days later a rep calls to ask what happened. After giving him the above story he says he can give us some points, but that's it. He would lose his job refunding a stay.

Really, so something is seriously wrong with this company, maybe financial problems. They would rather lose a rewards member than part with any the money from a single night.

Great staff, good rooms. MOST of the beds I have slept in are comfy. There have been a couple that were a bit stiff, but that is the case with any hotel. Good breakfast on site.

Stopped here on the way to Ft Lauderdale, very nice hotel. The staff was so nice, they even helped us out with local dining venues, the room was also nice. The breakfast in the morning was great. The fresh cookies and bottled water was a nice touch upon arrival.
