I had the pleasure to work with Rosane and her Company for 6 years and I am so disappointed our HOA decided to go with another management company. Most of the people in our section our extremely dissatisfied with the current company and we wish we had our Rosane back! She was so responsive within the day 95% of the time, usually within a couple of hours. Our current response rate is 4-7 days. She is knowledgeable and less expensive than our current Management Company. As I am now a Board Member, I hope to get BeachFront back soon.
