Literally THE BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to. I am terrified of dentists and this team made me feel sooooo at home! Dr Frenchman walked me through ever step and was super patient with me. Would not go ANY WHERE else for dental work!!

Dr Frenchman is the absolute best, most caring dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He and his lab are artists and very adept at what they do.
Dr Frenchman truly cares about making the patient happy. I cannot say enough positive things about him, individually; as well as Deb, and Tristan and Monica; who also are amazing.

Dr. Frenchman has the best office staff, the absolute best hygienist and does amazingly great work! He took out an old bridge and put it two implants. They not only look amazing, feel amazing but work as if they were my real teeth. Highly recommend

Best dentist hands down! I have been going here for several years. It is hard to find a good dentist that you can trust but I found it with Dr Frenchman. I recommend his practice to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

This dentist office does not make any attempt to ensure insurance coverage for the services they recommend and the amount they quote is not the amount you are billed.

The dentist advised me that I needed a crown and his office staff told me that my portion would be $591.60, which was collected from me prior to scheduling the crown. A month after the service I was billed an additional $386.20. My insurance had denied the service stating that a crown wasn't warranted/enough tooth structure remained for a filling. I contacted the dentist office and they advised that they had not done insurance pre-determination prior to scheduling the crown or quoting me the patient portion. They also advised that they had not appealed the insurance denial even though the dentist did not think there was enough tooth left to do a filling and advised the crown was needed. They just bill the patient for the balance. When I asked them to appeal the denial, the office person was not pleasant in her responses to me at all. I doubt the appeal was done based on how she treated me on the phone.

I moved to the area two years ago from Massachusetts. I had been going to a dental practice there that I liked very much. I researched practices and came across Dr. Frenchman's, which had received good reviews. I went for the first time this week and I am very happy with my choice. I really liked Connie, my hygienist and Dr. Frenchman was wonderful as well. The overall experience from the time I walked in the door with the receptionist's greeting, my teeth cleaning and meeting Dr. Frenchman and getting a " treatment plan" is everything I had hoped for to find a new dental practice to be my "dental care people".

I had a lot of questions regarding a procedure and I never felt rushed to make a decision or like I was taking too much time in asking.
